The maintenance window is now confirmed for Thursday 17 September, between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM AEST. The work may run past 5:00 PM.

During this window the control panel and connections to your servers are expected to be unavailable, not just briefly interrupted. Your servers, worlds and backups are not affected by the work itself and will come back as soon as the connection is restored.

We will post another update here once the work is complete.

Our upstream network provider is carrying out maintenance affecting our region.

During this period you may experience brief interruptions to the control panel and to connections to your servers. Your servers, worlds and backups are not affected by this work and continue to run normally.

We will narrow this window as soon as we have a confirmed schedule, and we will post updates here as the work progresses.
