Wednesday 23 September from 12:00 PM AEST, for about 30 minutes. Our fallback activates automatically, so most players will only notice a small blip and can rejoin straight away.

Our upstream network provider is moving to a new platform, as their current management software has become unreliable and recently had security issues. Your servers keep running, and your worlds, files and backups are not affected.
